Benjamin Kofi Nyakpenu
Benjamin Nyakpenu is a legal consultant at Elesinmogun & Egwuatu. He is a law graduate at University of Ghana and was called to the Ghanian Bar as a Barrister in 2013.
Benjamin's has strong experience in the financial services sector, corporate practice and the regulatory regime governing the downstream and upstream petroleum sector in Ghana. He is an experienced litigator and has represented several clients in different areas of the law.
