Anthony Onuegbu, Esq.
Anthony Onuegbu is an of counsel of the law firm of Elesinmogun & Egwuatu. He heads the Intellectual Property practice of the firm.
Before joining E & E, Anthony worked and gained experience in various law firms, his work was hugely devoted to Intellectual Property (IP). In a career spanning over two decades, he has sharpened his skills by working on several aspects of IP protection for clients. He has also been involved in several IP litigation matters. Anthony undertakes market research and investigations on behalf of clients in respect of parallel products, and products infringing registered marks.
He got his law degree from University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.
